"DO NOT RECCOMED!!!!!!!!!!!! I canceled my policy back in April and now here it is July and I'm still getting calls and text messages that I have a current bill that's passed due when I know for a fact and have confirmation that everything was paid before I left. And now they have to go back in the system and update my (CLOSED) account because my agent never removed my car from this account.. So NO I would never recommend StateFarm to anybody , especially this office!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a customer for over 7 years. and I've never had a problem with my agent until a year ago when I moved to a different state. And the issues have been non-stop. I've been making payments. Apparently, I don't have insurance, so I have no idea where these payments are going or if they're going to be refunded! The billing is a mess. I always get a runaround and stories from three different people. I have so many recorded calls and messages It's crazy. And there's still no resolution.. I am still waiting for a call from ADAM!!!!!!!!!! If you do get stay formed, I would just say, choose a different agent, please. This has been such a headache.
